C. Foster Brown, III - President
Mr. Brown is the grandson of C. Louis and Mary Luman Meyer. Mr. Brown was born in Omaha, Nebraska but was raised and spent most of his life in the Chicago land area. Mr. Brown graduated from Union College in Schenectady, New York in 1970. Mr. Brown then worked with Ceco Corporation from 1970- 1992 where he moved through the company and finished as Vice Chairman. Mr. Brown currently is President of Forest Creek Golf Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina. He is married to Susan and he has 3 children, Foster, Angeline and Whitney. Mr. Brown also is on the board of Sandhills College, The Village Heritage Foundation and the O’Neal School - all located in the Pinehurst area.

Louis Meyer Brown, II - Executive Vice President
Mr. Brown is the son of Louis Meyer Brown, Sr. Mr. Brown was born and raised in the Northfield, Il area. Mr. Brown attended Loyola Academy for high school and double-majored in History and Psychology at Wittenberg University in Ohio. Mr. Brown spent 3 years at Bear Stearns, Co. in Chicago as a fixed income specialist and then moved to Citigroup / Smith Barney in 2003 where he was Vice President of Wealth Management. As of 2009 Mr. Brown works for Morgan Stanley as a Vice President. Mr. Brown currently lives in the Chicago land area with his wife Alicia and Son Louis III.

Angeline Brown Leonard - Secretary
Mrs. Leonard is the daughter of C. Foster Brown, III and was born and raised in the Northfield, IL area. She attended Pine Manor College in Boston for 3 years and then graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in 1997. She married David V. Leonard in Pinehurst, NC in May of 2002. Angeline worked as a Pre-Press Manager for News America Marketing, a News Corporation firm, for 7 years in the Connecticut/New York City area. In 2006 she and David moved to Mount Pleasant, SC where she is currently a stay at home mother for their two sons, James David 4 and Watson Victor 10 months.

Richard Bradbury - Treasurer
Mr. Bradbury was born and raised in Glencoe, IL and graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1968. Mr. Bradbury was an Army Infantry Officer from 1969-1971 and then continued his education receiving a Masters at Northwestern University in 1980. He was employed at Illinois Tool Works in Chicago from 1971 to 1981 and then was hired at Ceco Door Products as President. In 1997 he became Senior VP of Operations of United Dominion Industries. In 2001 Mr. Bradbury started his own consulting business, Bradbury Partners LLC, Door Industry Consulting and Property Development in North Carolina. Mr. Bradbury currently lives South Carolina with his wife Kathy.

Nicholas C. Brown - Trustee
Mr. Brown is the son of Louis Meyer Brown, Sr. and was born and raised in the Northfield, IL area. Mr. Brown attended Loyola Academy for high school and double-majored in Management and Marketing at Appalachian State University. Mr. Brown is currently a Broker with City-County Insurance Service specializing in commercial insurance since 2008. Mr. Brown was a Managing Partner of Dornoch Group LLC since 2003 as a specialist in residential development. Mr. Brown currently lives in Southern Pines, NC.

Whitney L. B. Healey – Trustee
Whitney is the youngest of three siblings who were raised in Northfield, IL by Angeline Galbraith Brown and Charles Foster Brown, III. Whitney graduated high school from the North Shore Country Day School prior to attending Trinity College in Hartford, CT where she graduated with a B.A. in Education and Sociology. She then continued her education receiving a Masters at Lesley University in 2002. She was employed by the Stanwich School in Greenwich, CT from 2002-2005 and then was hired as the Director of Admissions for the Duke School in Durham, NC. In 2007 Whitney married and moved to Chicago, IL where she worked for the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools. Currently, Whitney lives in Boston, MA with her husband Mike, their two cats and their dog.

Jennifer Brown Hodges - Trustee
Jennifer is the daughter of Louis Meyer Brown. She grew up in Northfield, IL and attended North Shore Country Day School. She received her undergraduate degree in History from Rhodes College and received her Masters Degree in Social Science/Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Mrs. Hodges spent 5 years living in Ramstein, Germany with her husband James Hodges, where she was the Youth Program Director. Currently, Mrs. Hodges lives in Leesburg, FL with her husband and two dogs, Daisy and Bunker. She currently works for the University of Florida as the Lake County 4-H Youth Development Agent.

C. Foster Brown, IV – Trustee
Mr. Brown is the son of C. Foster Brown, III and was raised in Northfield, IL. Mr. Brown graduated from Loyola Academy prior to attending the University of North Carolina at Asheville where he received a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Natural Resources Management. Mr. Brown worked as a commercial real estate broker in Southern Pines, NC. Mr. Brown currently lives in the Chicago land area
